How can I get Power Tots at my center/after-school program?
We are always looking for new centers and programs to join Power Tots. If you are interested in more information on our program, please contact us with your center/program’s name, location and email address. We will be happy to pass along more information about the Power Tots program and even set up a free demonstration!
My child has left the center and will no longer be participating in Power Tots. How do I discontinue the service?
Please contact the Power Tots office directly via email or phone with the date you would like to withdrawal your child. If date of withdrawal is partially thorough the month, we will prorate the final month’s tuition. We ask that you not inform your child’s center or give verbal withdrawal to our instructors as our office handles all administrative duties. If notification is received more than 45 days after the date that the child has left the center, a $10.00 processing fee will be applied toward the refund of any overpayment. No fee is applied if withdrawal is previous to those 45 days.
My child has outgrown their Power Tots t-shirt. How can I get a new one?
If you would like to purchase an additional Power Tots t-shirt, they are available for $10 each and can be added on to your monthly charge/bill. Our sizes range from youth x-small to adult large. Please notify us by email or phone and our instructor will bring the new shirt as early as the next scheduled class.
Does my child need to wear any specific clothing when participating in Power Tots?
Children should wear comfortable clothes that are flexible and good for movement, however, leotards or specialty clothing is not necessary. Jeans are acceptable but please avoid dresses or pants with large zippers, snaps or buttons as they may poke or pinch the children while performing skills. All shoes are fine as long as they provide stability (sandals and shoes without backs are not stable and may hurt the child when landing on feet.)
What happens if a Power Tots class is canceled?
Power Tots does everything we can to avoid canceling a class as we know it can cause a major disruption to your child’s day. If a class is canceled due to weather, traffic, instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with the center/school to find a day for a make-up class or use the 5th class in the month (if applicable) and notice will be posted at the center/school as soon as possible. If your child’s center/school is closed due to any major/federal holiday, no make-up class will be given and monthly tuition will not be affected or prorated.
My credit card/payment information has changed. How can I update that?
To update your information, you can access your account online quickly and conveniently. Click on Member Portal and look for the “Already enrolled in Power Tots?” link. From there, you can access your account. If you cannot recall your password, please choose “I Forgot My Password” and you will receive a temporary one and a prompt to update it to a new password of your choice. You may also call our office at (301) 392-0187 with new information. Please update your information as soon as possible to avoid any past due payments/late fees.
