Angelique Melendez

Angelique joined Power Tots in June 2026. Having grown up a classically trained dancer and athlete, she began developing a career in movement early on. Angelique started as a teaching assistant in middle school, developing her own classes and curriculums through her college years, before becoming a dance studio manager at 21. Now she’s taking a step back from management to focus on the most fulfilling part of her career: engaging with the next generation of artists and athletes. When she’s not teaching, Angelique loves exploring the outdoors, selling homemade soaps at local markets, and hanging out with her boxer, Star.
