As the back-to-school season kicks off, Power Tots is ready to help your child leap into learning—with energy, confidence, and a whole lot of fun!
Whether your little one is brand new to our programs or returning for another season of movement, this fall's classes are packed with playful learning, skill-building, and age-appropriate challenges.
From gymnastics and dance to yoga, each class is designed to support physical development, boost self-esteem, and encourage creativity.

Here’s what families can expect this fall:
Our Gymnastics classes focus on coordination, strength, and balance through safe tumbling, jumping, and obstacle courses.
Dance sessions are upbeat and expressive, helping kids develop rhythm, teamwork, and confidence with simple routines and lots of wiggles.
Yoga classes introduce breathing techniques, gentle stretches, and mindfulness—perfect for helping children self-regulate and find their inner calm. All classes are led by our experienced, nurturing instructors who know how to make every movement meaningful and fun.
What makes Power Tots unique is our ability to combine pieces from each of these topics into each of your child's classes. They're practicing all of the skills they've learned in each fun, engaging, and positive session they're in.
